NFL Week 7 is here, football fans! There are not one, but two potential Super Bowl previews on the schedule that we are looking forward to.
Philadelphia Eagles (5-1) vs Miami Dolphins (5-1), Sunday 8:15 PM, NBC/Peacock
Everyone is looking forward to Eagles-Dolphins on Sunday night. At 5-1, these are arguably the top teams in each conference, but both still have points to prove.
The Eagles need to respond from a disappointing loss to the Jets and show that Jalen Hurts‘ three-interception day was a fluke. New signing, wide receiver Julio Jones should help.
Meanwhile, the Dolphins are setting all kinds of offensive records, but their only playoff-quality opponent so far was the Bills, and their four-touchdown loss in that game didn’t exactly scream: “see you in February.”
Baltimore Ravens (4-2) vs Detroit Lions (5-1), Sunday 1:00 PM, FOX
Now, hear me out, with no undefeated teams left, Lions-Ravens could be a Super Bowl preview as well.
The Lions are tied for the best record in the NFC, have a championship level defense, and gave Kansas City their only loss of the season. The Ravens are 4-2, and although their offense is a work in progress, Lamar Jackson with a top-five scoring defense in the NFL is a scary sight.
