The NFL will celebrate the 2023 Hall of Fame class with a week-long of events that culminate in the induction ceremony held on Saturday, August 5 in Canton, Ohio.
This year’s honorees are cornerback/safety Rond Barber, coach Don Coryell, linebacker Chuck Howley, defensive end Joe Klecko, cornerback Darrelle Revis, cornerback Ken Riley, offensive tackle Joe Thomas, linebacker Zach Thomas and linebacker Demarcus Ware.
The Hall of Fame game, which has been an NFL institution since the 60’s, will feature in the 2023 edition two teams looking to make a strong start to the upcoming season: the New York Jets and the Cleveland Browns.

The game is scheduled for Thursday, August 3 at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, Ohio.
The stadium, which dates to 1938, is part of the Hall of Fame Village and holds approximately 23,000 fans.

Fans will get to hear the first whistle to start an NFL game since the Super Bowl at exactly 8:00 pm ET.

The last time that these two teams met was in Week 2 of the 2022 regular season where the Jets took home a thrilling 31-30 win over the Browns.
No Rodgers or Cleveland Browns stars will play
While this will be the first time fans get to see Aaron Rodgers in the Jets sideline, it is unlikely he will make an appearance on the field.

Former Jets wide receiver Elijah Moore will have to wait for a revenge game in a future date, as he is one of many Browns players who will not suit up. Many of the listed Browns players gathered on the field, without pads, to run sprints before their teammates ran onto the field for warmups.
