Ingredients
- 4-6 Potatoes
- 1 pound of Bacon b
- 8 oz of Shredded cheddar cheese
- Sour Cream (optional)
- Scallions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut potatoes in half and scoop out the centers.
- Place the potato skins on a baking sheet.
- Cook bacon in pan to desired tenderness.
- Fill each skin with bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top with optional sour cream or scallions.
